  • Achieved the required bicycle parking capacities via the use of both vertical and double tiered parking systems, reducing the per unit cost
  • Identified that an existing Person with Disability facility could be utilised to meet DDA code requirements
  • Overcame international supply issues to deliver the bicycle parking installation on time and budget
  • Daily towel servicing provided to optimise the facilities ongoing operations
  • Worked in collaboration with Gray Puksand.

The location identified for conversion was previously a mix of store rooms & car bays which presented the team with an unusual configuration to design around. PFL Spaces were able to provide us with their spatial planning experience & knowledge to ensure we were able to achieve the maximum number of bike parking & lockers while not trading off the spaciousness of the area.

PFL Spaces worked directly alongside our architectural team in respect to incorporating other key elements such as the daily towel facility, ironing boards, bike maintenance station, airing station, shoe racks & water coolers. At all times PFL Spaces were available to attend project meetings, undertake inspections or to address any element of the project. Justin & Mark’s assistance on this project was invaluable and very much appreciated.
